Türk- Rus Dünyası Akademik Araştırmalar Kongresi ( UTRAK) - Ankara

Değerli Araştırmacılar,

     Uluslararası Türk - Rus Dünyası Akademik Araştırmalar Kongresi’nin (UTRAK) ilki, 14 – 16 Aralık 2018 tarihlerinde Türk Tarih Kurumu, Ahmet Yesevi Üniversitesi, St Petersburg Devlet Üniversitesi, Kazan Devlet Üniversitesi’nin akademik katkıları ve Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi’nin ev sahipliğinde, Ankara’da gerçekleştirilmiştir.  Bu Kongrede sunulan bildiriler 3 cilt olarak yayınlandı. Bu kitaplara basılı olarak Berikan Yayınevi'nden, elektronik olarak da Kongre sayfamızdan ulaşabilirsiniz.
          Sizlerden büyük ilgi gören bu Kongrenin ikincisi, Gazi Üniversitesi’nin ev sahipliği, Türk Tarih Kurumu, Ahmet Yesevi Üniversitesi ve Lomonosv Moskova Devlet Üniversitesi’nin de katkılarıyla, 15 – 17 Kasım 2019 tarihleri arasında yine Ankara’da düzenlenecektir.
         İki komşu ülkenin önde gelen en köklü devlet üniversiteleri arasında ilk kez kurulacak olan bu işbirliğinin devam ettirilmesi Kongre ile birlikte Türkiye'nin akademik ve entelektüel profilini de Batı dünyası ile Rusya coğrafyası arasında bilgi üretimi ve paylaşımında kilit köprü konumuna getirecektir.  

             Kongre’ye Türkiye ve Rusya başta olmak üzere, dünyanın farklı ülkelerinden Rusya, Türkiye ve etraf coğrafyafyası ile ilgili tarih, edebiyat, kültür, sanat, felsefe, sosyoloji, iktisat, işletme, hukuk, eğitim vb. alanlarda bilimsel çalışmalar yapan araştırmacılar davet edilmektedir. Bu kongrede de temel gayemiz, söz konusu alanlar üzerine çalışan bilim insanlarını bir araya getirmek, çalışmalarını ve birikimlerini paylaşmaktır.
           Kongreye tarih, sosyoloji, felsefe, hukuk, edebiyat, iktisat, maliye, kültür ve sanat başta olmak üzere sosyal bilimlerin tüm alanlarından kongreye katılım sağlanacak ve bildiriler kabul edilecektir. Bununla bilgi kongrede poster sunum da yapılabilecek ve eserlerin sunumu için sergi açılacaktır.
      Kongrede sunulacak olan bildiriler, daha önceki kongrede olduğu gibi değerlendirmeleri yapıldıktan sonra kısa zamanda kitap haline getirilerek sizlerle buluşturulacaktır.
      Sizleri Gazi Üniversitesi’nin ev sahipliğinde yapılacak olan 2. Uluslararası Türk Rus Dünyası Akademik Araştırmalar Kongesi’ne (UTRAK) davet ediyoruz.

                Dear Researchers,

              The first of the International Turkish - Russian World Academic Research Congresses (UTRAK) was held on  December 14-16, 2018 in Ankara, with the participation and hosting of Turkish Historical Society, Ahmet Yesevi University and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, with the invitees, St Petersburg State University and Kazan State University.  The papers presented in this Congress have been published in 3 volumes and submitted to the benefit of the scientific world.  The printed forms of the proceedings were published by Berikan Publishing House and they are also made available in our Congress page in electronic format.
             The second Congress will be held between 15 - 17 November 2019 at the academic hosting of Gazi University (Ankara) again with the contributions of the Turkish Historical Society (TTK) and Ahmet Yesevi University. In this Congress, Gazi University is breaking a new ground between the two  neighboring countries, Russia and Turkey, by hosting Lomonosov Moscow State University.  

               Continued cooperation between the leading state universities of the two neighboring countries - that will be established for the first time in this congress - will bring the Congress and the academics and intellectual life in Turkey into a key position in the production and sharing of knowledge between the Western world and the geography of Russia.  

               Our basic objective in this Congress is to bring together scientists working on Russia, Turkey and on the peripheral geographies of these two states.  The invitees to the Congress consist of researchers/scholars mainly from Turkey and Russia, as well as from many different countries, working on the history of Russia.

                  While the general subjects of the papers that will be presented at the Congress are listed on the relevant field of our website, participations from all fields of history, sociology, philosophy, law, literature, economics, finance, culture and arts are welcome. As in the previous Congress, the papers to be presented at the Congress will be printed and published in book format shortly after their evaluation by the Board of Science.

              You are welcome to attend, participate and contribute to the 2nd International Congress on Academic Research of the Turkish-Russian World (UTRAK) which will be hosted by Gazi University in 15 to 17th of November, 2019.
